For some reason and I hope someone can help but everything has seemed to have stopped working at once . My door camera will not charge anymore and my indoor camera wont work and keep trying restart it but it won't connect with my internet anymore, has anyone out there got an idea ?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreFor the doorbell, turn it off with the switch under the flap.
Leave off for at least ten minutes.
Then do a charge for at least 6-8 hours or overnight.
Fo the indoor camera, remove the bridge and leave the camera off power for about ten minutes also.
Reboot your router, repowering the indoor camera, let it conn3ct, may take a short while and when it's connected and blue, add the bridge.
If the camera fails to connect, try the above a few more times. No need to reboot the router again.
if it still fails, press the setup button underneath the camera until you hear the voice prompt asking to connect and follow the setup in the app to reconnect it.
