Why is my doorbell ringing everytime the door is opened or closed? Very annoying and I can't seem to find a setting to turn this off

@Rach225566 you most likely have the setting person detection set to on Go into the Sky protect app click on Video Doorbell at the top is a cogwheel press that under Video Doorbell setting find Person detection settings and turn it off or you can just turn the sound off for that by going into Chime Sounds and turn off play sound or just turn the volume control right down

I have the same issue but only since I have installed the latest updates. Neither option suggested is not really acceptable as it removes functions from the devices, turning off motion sensor means no recordings when anyone comes to the door and turning the volume down mean when the doorbell is pressed you don't hear it which negates the benefits of having a camera doorbell on both fronts. Very annoying especially when you have 2 dogs that go mad every time the doorbell goes, so currently even when people leave the house!!!

@Coops71 you have the option of leaving the sound on for when the doorbell is pressed but you can turn the sound of for when a person is detected
