My doorbell won't update with the new update.
Anybody else having trouble?

Have you tried turning the doorbell off with the switch on the back, then wait a few mins and back on?

Ended up turning the chime on and off. That sorted it.

Got my security pack today, and my doorbell is still updating after 15-20 minutes is this still an issue? I've tried repairing and turning it off and back on but still the same problem

I know you have said you have turned the doorbell off.
Try turning it off for longer.
Remove from charging, turn the switch to off at the back of the doorbell and leave off for at least ten minutes.
Switch back on and connect the charging cable.
Then place on charge for at least 6-8 hours or overnight.
