I've got the sky app and I've sync the chime but the doorbell won't connect and keeps saying check your internet connection I have done everything it's saying on the instructions and internet but still nothing can anyone please help

Leave off for ten minutes.
During the time, remove the power from the doorbell for a few minutes also.
Repoer the Chime and check tehya it has connected with a blue light showing.
Try syncing the doorbell again to the chime.
