Claim

Hii good morning my phone was stolen by Wednesday i did police complaint and i did claim raise with sky protect by Thursday.According to shop guy he told me if any thing will be happened and you claim against the sky protect I'll give get new phone in 24 hours however it's more than 72 hours i didn't get any phone or not even a single massage pr email. I wanna know what is status either tracking on my new phone. please help me

As that's an insurance claim you'll need to follow it up through the dedicated Sky Protect system: verifying such things is a regulated process and outside the remit of this forum or normal Sky support personnel.

I'd observe that Sky advertising does not appear to make any such promise, and frankly it seems unlikely that a claim could be verified and processed in that kind of timescale.

 

24 hours from the point a replacement is approved seems rather more realistic.
