Claim money to pay previous insurance supplier

Hi, what is the procedure to claim the money back or part of, that I  owed my previous insurance due to cancellation and settting up insurance with you.

I'm not aware of any such offer: that's typically only applicable for Sky Broadband and Sky Television, as 'Sky Switch Credit'

Insurance is regulated entirely differently: I'm not sure such incentives are even permitted.
