Hi , 

Just installed my sky ring door bell im getting notifications on my phone for activity but carnt hear a chime when pressing the bell

In the Sky Protect app,

click on video doorbell

click on the settings 'gear' icon top right.

Go to Chime sounds to increase the chime volume and change to a different chime sound there.

To be fair - even with the settings checked and volume up to max on mine, it still doesn't sound the chime most the time. And when it does, the maximum volume is so quiet no one in the house hears it. Just pulled mine of the front door and stuck a manual doorbell out because the Sky one is so incredibly bad that it was worse than having no doorbell at all.

I've just setup my Doorbell and all seems to be working fine.

Is there any way to adjust the 2 way voice volume, where you can speak to the person at the door?

My voice is distorted/rattling out of the speaker when I talk, like the volume is set too high.
