Upgrade Smart Home

I've been trying to contact sky several times to upgrade my smart home with doorbell only..to add camera and sensors but with no joy! Can anyone help with this please?

@Colin270  No one here can help with adding Smart Home devices, are you not able to add additional devices via the smart home app?

 

If not you'll need to contact Sky.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

As well as mentioned above.

Within the MySky app on the Smart Home tab, you should be able to add the pack that gets you the additional devices and packs there.

I need to upgrade a smart phone plus so I can have to camera. doorbells
