Smart doorchime
Hi just purchased smart doorchime and can't sun to my phone have tried all steps continuously.

Not sure what you mean by 'can't sun to my phone'
What exactly is it you are trying to do?
Have you installed it fine, like connecting the Chime to the Sky Smart Home app and then synched the doorbell to the Chime?

Hi please can someone help I've installed my doorchime but sadly in won't sync have spent total of 8hrs speaking to 13 experts at sky to no avail
any ideas

Start from scratch.
Follow the steps below and report back at what stage it fails to sync or any of the lights are not correct
Open the Smart Home app and follow the instructions in the app, much as below.
- Tap Connect your device.
- Select Video Doorbell.
Plug in the power and Ethernet cables
- Use the power cable provided to plug the Chime into the mains.
- A yellow light will appear and flash briefly.
- Connect the Ethernet cable to the Chime and your broadband router.
- When connected, the light will turn solid blue.
Light is flashing blue? You might need to reinsert the Ethernet cable until you hear it click.
Sync your Chime
You'll be prompted in the app to press the Sync button on the left side of the Chime until it clicks.
A blue and yellow flashing light shows the Chime is syncing. Please keep the Smart Home app open while the sync is in process.
Name your Chime.
Now the Chime is up and running, you need to set up your Smart Doorbell
Switch on your video doorbell by lifting the seal at the back of the Doorbell
Switch the Doorbell on.
A yellow ring light will appear.
Sync the Doorbell and Chime
Press the Sync button on the Chime, then the Smart Doorbell.
You'll hear "Your Doorbell is pairing. It won't take long".
Both devices should flash blue and yellow.
Doorbell not syncing to the Chime? Try again after bringing the Chime closer, ideally within 5m.
Name your Doorbell
When the devices are connected, you can assign a name and location to your Doorbell in the Smart Home app.

Hi I've repeated the whole set up now 18 x after it say you are pairing won't take long after the count down it says connecting failed try again

Can you try this please, go into the Smart Home app, click on settings (the cog top right), scroll down to devices and remove the chime and/or doorbell if they are listed there.
Then perform a restart of your broadband hub/router.
Go back into the Smart Home app and start the install again.

Hi thank you for your help the pairing was successful but sadly it won't sit in the cradle it won't lock in . Is there a way it has to be fitted

@Cherri You will find that the clip at the bottom of the holder is a bit tight. If you have not already mounted it into place might want to try the doorbell in and out till it locks a few times. But also make sure if it is mounted that the screws are flush with the backplate.
