You do not need to return the Smarg Home equipment if you cancel.

Depending on whether you are in your first 31 day cooling off period or outside your cooling off period, will determine if you can still use the Sky Smart home kit in a basic form.

Anyone with the Smart Tech version of Sky Protect Home Insurance is a long way outside any cooling-off period: it hasn't been available to new customers for quite some time.

Note that if you mean the Smart Home hardware/software bundle on subscription, that's different to the insurance product.

Re: Smart doorbell and camera

Hi the doorbell package arrived but you need a bridge sensor for the camera it states that on the installation.

@Del_55_32 The video doorbell just need the chime hardwired to your router and then paired with the doorbell. I think the bridge sensor you are talking about is for the indoor camera and the other sensors that come with the kit.
