Hi - has anyone been able to successfully contact Smart Home other than through the online chat?
I have had numerous issues with them not resolving the problem with the app, asked multiple times who I need to send a complaint to and was finally given an email address to contact. Convinced that it's just a random inbox as I've had no response at all from the complaint I've sent.
