Smart Home App - Error

Hi,

I have just purchased a Sky Video Door bell and download the app. 

I am on a iPhone and also tried on my wife Samsung but each time we try and login we are getting below error message.

Do you run DNS-based ad-blocking on your home network? Try disconnecting from your Wi-fi and using a mobile connection instead. I have the same issue on my home network.
