Sky Protect Device Insurance
I recently took out a Sky Protect Device plan to cover three glass TV's, so far so good.
When I sign in to skyprotect.com I see the following:
There are no model numbers, serial numbers etc. That can't be right? How do I know which one is which?
Router? Two TP-Link Deco BE65’s (v2 / Firmware Version: 1.3.2)

Re: Sky Protect Device Insurance
That's not that helpful, I agree.
Have mentioned in our closed forum area to get this looked at or passed on for Sky/D&G to be made aware.
Sky Stream with two pucks via wifi (former Sky Q and Sky+ customer).
Sky Ultrafast + using Sky SR203 hub. Sky Mobile unlimited data. Sky Smart Home - Bundle Smart Home plan +

Re: Sky Protect Device Insurance
Have you called Domestic & General who administer this service and asked?
Their contact details are here (I cannot post a number): https://www.skyprotect.com/faq/sky-equipment
I agree with everything you say, but as I understand it, this service (and the page you refer to), is owned and managed by D&G, not Sky.
