The batteries should last about a year before replacing, depending on their use.

You will need to replace and buy a replacement battery yourself.

On the side of the sensor, you will see a small lock and unlock, move to unlock and then release the top of the contact sensor, with a small headed screwdriver may make it easier.

You will need to purchase a cr2032 battery, that you will find online or in many high street shops that sell batteries, they are usually in multiple packs and pretty cheap.

Aslo make sure when replacing you place the battery + side facing down.

Here is a photo of mine, when I replaced the battery, showing the battery case out and the lock/unlock release.

Re: Sensor battery

Thanks and the sensor battery been replaced.  The only issue is to pull out the sensor in order to unlock the device hence why it needs double sided stickers.

Thanks again
