@Gez62 Your post has been moved from the Sky Glass board as you're issue is unrelated to the TV service.

Re: Pairing with chime
@Gez62 Is your chime connected via ethernet to your router and have you then tried to connect the doorbell with the chime when it is close together?

Re: Pairing with chime
Can you do the following.
Is the blue light showing on your Chime?
Make sure the Chime is as close to the doorbell as you can get it.
The best for the Doorbell and Chime is to have them within 5m of each other.
Place the Chime out in the open, not behind furniture or in a cupboard.
Try to create as best as you able a line of sight between the two devices. Connection will be stronger if there are not too many walls or large furniture in the way.
Try a signal test.
- Open the Smart Home app.
- Tap the Settings tab.
- Select Device Settings, then Smart Doorbell.
- Tap Technical Information, and then Signal.
- Select Run Test.

Re: Pairing with chime
@Gez62 Does it not allow the pairing when you press the button the side of the chime and the button on the back of the video doorbell?
