INS' RENEWAL

I HAVE RECEIVED A STRANGE LETTER FROM SKY PROTECT HOUSE INS',  APPARENTLY AFTER 3 YEARS INS COVER I NO LONGER MEET THIER ''ELIGIBILITY/OR CRITERIA''  WHAT IS THIS ?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
