My new doorbell camera is stuck on solid yellow and nothing has fixed it, anybody know a solution?

@Brett1981 Is this when you are charing the video doorbell up or is it something else?

Have you tried trurning it off for ten minutes, no more than ten minutes is needed, with the switch at the back next to the usb charge port.

Then, power on again and staright away put it back on charge for 6-8 hours or ovenight.

I've tried everything. Why can people not read what is written? Solid Yellow no matter what is tried as advised online!
