wifi calls out ok but not receiving call over wifi, any help please.

Tried to ask sky about this issue and just got the Westminster two step (dodge and run).

Brought a Zfold 6 direct from Samsung, Wifi calls will work when calling from the mobile, but if you dial back into the mobile from a landline  or other mobile it will not work?

I know there is all this **bleep** about phones not bourght through sky may not work with wifi but mine half works and I cannot find anyone else who has or help with this issue.
