I had WiFi calling problems for ages, then called Sky again and they gave me a solution that actually worked. It involved changing the frequency the router was using. It worked!! Don't ask me why it worked, we live in the middle of nowhere with no conflicting WiFi from any other properties. Can't imagine why it had to be changed to start working again.

Found this thread from googling as my wifi calling suddenly stopped in the last day or two. Hope they fix it soon!
