why apn enable/disable greyed out?

I have a OnePlus phone. I have entered the APN details correctly for data connection, and they worked previously but now don't. Could this be because "APN enable/disable" is greyed out? And if so, how to fix?

Have you tried sending the settings from the Sky website:

 

Go to sky.com/networksettings (My Account > Mobile > Settings) and sign in with your Sky iD.
Select the mobile number or SIM name you're having trouble with.
Scroll to 'Resend network settings' and select Request settings.
Save the settings when your receive them and reboot your phone.
