Sky have transferred 2gbs to my mobile from my piggy bank containing 18 gbs of data. I have also paid another £6.00 into my bank for another for two gbs but still no sevice. My Bank account appears to be blocked and I cannot access it. Neither can I access my new shell (octopus account. on my Desk top computer. What the hell is going on Sky??????

Not sure what you mean by this, 2GB of data containing 18GB of data ?

If you have no mobile service then only way to access these is to make sure there is a Wifi connection to your phone so what happens when you try to access them with Wifi turned on ?

If you're trying to add extra data it costs £6.00 for 1GB not 2GB.
