web site keeping old devices on
i have two paid off ipads on my account on the website, how can i get rid of them as it won't let me order a new phone as it says i have the maximum of 5 devices.
how can i get rid of the old paid off stuff

Only devices returned to Sky are removed from the account so while paid off ones remain they do not count as an active device so if for any reason you can't get another one ordered then call Sky on 150 to see if they can get the order placed for you.
