since joining sky mobile nobody can leave me a message as voicemail (759) says there are NO messages. what is strange is that if I phone myself from my Android phone I can leave and the pick up that message. Spent several hours on sky help !!!!! but still not working. can anybody help please.

While Sky Mobile Voicemail can not be turned off you can set it so people can not leave you messages:

On your phone:

Dial 759.
Press 3.
Press 5.
Press 1.

So it might be worth trying this, leaving it for a while then turning it back on again.
