voicemail headache
So the other day I had a spam call which went to voicemail, nothing new there, deleted it,BUT I still have the icon showing up saying there is a a new voicemail!
I've tried all I can think of,cleared cache,I left myslef a voicemail, listen and deleted it,but I still get a notification saying new voicemail, and it's doing my head in!
Anyone have any ideas?before I throw my phone out the window!

Re: voicemail headache
Hi @Southwalker try turning voicemail so replies can't be left, restart the phone then turn voicemail back on.
On your phone:
- Dial 759.
- Press 3.
- Press 5.
- Press 1.

Re: voicemail headache
Try getting someone to leave you a voicemail @Southwalker then delete it and see if that clears it.

Re: voicemail headache
@Southwalker I had this issue a while ago and the solution that worked for me was clearing the cache of the phone app.
It will be in the app section of your settings menu(also check if you have a seperate voicemail app, if you do clear the cache of that first to see if that works).
