Have ordered iPhone 16 plus and now told problem with delivery and not told what.

Ordered sky phone 16 plus as phone swap and paid up front charge.

all went through and when checked delivery date, it said problem with order but not saying what.

I work Monday to Friday as a theatre nurse, so making a call is extremely difficult. What is the problem. You could have sent me an email.
