upgrade

Hi, 

 

Ive recently joined sky mobile and got an iPhone 15 Pro Max. I want to upgrade or swap. will i be able to do this? my app says so. I've had the handset around nearly 2 months though. 

 

Also does anyone have any idea the iPhone 16 Pro Max will be per month on here?

@champagneslay If the app says you can swap then you should be able to, be aware though the trade in value will almost certainly not cover the remaining credit agreement of the iPhone 15 Pro max and you will have to pay any shortfall in the bill after you swap.

The shortfall is likely to be many hundreds of pounds...

 

The residual value will not cover the outstanding credit.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Yes because you have only had the phone for a few months as the value Sky says it is worth will not be enough to pay the remainder of the contact off on it.

The scheme is intended that you swap at the agreed point.  So for a Swap24 this is after 2 years.  (Not 2 months)

 

Whilst you can swap you have an outstanding credit balance for which the residual value of the phone will not cover.  The shortfall is immediately payable.
