upgrade phone

I've been told i can upgrade or swap my phone for a new one but when i go to do it says my credit agreement was declined and have to buy it out right? not sure why when i already have a contract with sky?

Unfortunately not.  Having a current contract doesn't guarantee you another.

 

You are credit checked and may not meet their criteria.

Hi @Missparkerx  having a previous contract doesn't guarantee a new one unfortunately. If you have failed the credit check then take a free offer of registration with Equifax or similar to look into what may have caused your problem.

Each time a new device is ordered a credit agreement is carried out, the fact you have already got one doesn't automatically mean you will pass this check so paying it outright in one go is your only option.
