upgrade my ipad

i am trying to pay off the final £25 on my ipad and order a new one but it is saying technical error since yesterday and i i wish to do is keep the old one and purchase a new one .

Hi @paulw7574  this does seem to happen from time to time, if you can't do it online then you will need to call sky for help.
