upgrade account - reinstate service message

for some time now I have not been able to use my sky app to upgrade any of my services as a 'reinstate your services' message pops up that stops me from upgrading! My account is not in any arrears! I have previously called sky with this complaint they couldn't help as my account is all fine there end!! I have deleted and reinstalled the app numerous times the same message pops up! I have even tried signing in via the internet and again the same message appears! Please can someone preferably from sky help me?

.To see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.
