unable to transfer my old number from id mobile to sky.

i've actived my new sky sim card today and requested the pac from my previous provider. but it wouldn't let me keep my old number. it says "there's a problem...."

Is that when you are trying to give it to Sky @Huan , if give them on a call on 150 to see if they can take the Pac code from you.
