trying to view available phones to upgrade but keep getting "reinstate servcies message"

i'm trying ot upgrade my phone, but each time i try i get a pop up saying servcies are being restricted... but everything is working

You can call Sky to get the order done, 150 being the number to use from your current Sky mobile.
