transfer kids phones to sky

My kids are on O2 which i pay for, but my ex has the account at O2. Can i transfer their phones to SKY so that i have control and able to speak to the supplier (O2 wont speak to me)?

You should be able to do this if you have access to the phones.

Buy the Sky sims.

Activate them it when they arrive but do not put them in the phones.

Get pac codes from O2 for both numbers.

Give Pac codes to Sky

When thr current sim stops working insert the  Sky sims in the phones

You can give Sky your pac code online here:

This link explains how to send a text message to get the pac code for the phones:

Hi @MIKEBOWDEN72  the problem may be getting the PACs as it's the account holder who would need to get them from O2 so you may be relying on your ex to get them and give you them.
