Whenever I get a call from a private number, I pick up and cannot hear the person on the other end, and they cannot hear me. This is causing a lot of problems as my hospital and GP both call from withheld numbers, meaning I've now missed several appointments. What can be done to fix this?

For it to be investigated you will need to report it to Sky. The free number to use is just 150.
