the amount charged is wrong

They are charging me for two more phones that have already ended the contract and the AirPods 4 that have already been returned

If the contract has been paid off in full against both these phones then you will have to call Sky about this. Billing for the pods will continue until they have been inspected which can take a few weeks so if it has been more than this then again you will need to speak to Sky about this.
