text message to say ativate sim

Unsure how to activatea sim when I havent received it yrt can you advise please

@Witchypoo  If you've recently ordered a sim you'll need to give it a few days to be delivered.

 

Please be aware we are all customers here so can't see the progress of the delivery, which is done by Royal Mail.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Thank you I did think it strange that they asked to do this whenI hadnt received this yet hopefully in the next few days.  Thank you for your help

I have just switched from ee to Sky Mobile and I received the the sim the day after I ordered so if you haven't received the sim after a few days then you'd better call Sky.

 

when the sim arrves it come with straightforward instructions to activate your sim.
