text message fails

Yes, me, my daughter and my partner are all with sky mobile. We can't send messages either, saying undelivered. Turned off and on and still having an issue.

Yes I have the same problem. I'd been with vodaphone for 20 year and never had a problem. I've been with sky now for 2 months and I've had more issues in this short period of time than I ever had with Vodafone. I'm wishing I'd never changed.!!

I just switched from Vodafone too. The prices are better but so far, the service is not impressive...

I can't send texts either yet the message states it's a fault with a local mast and that is Bournemouth!!! 🤔

Yep that's why I changed as they had a better deal. Definitely should've stayed and payed higher price for better service. Just shows you may pay slightly more, but cheaper isn't always better as we both have found out

I have had sky mobile for a long time and to be honest not many problems,  service is usually pretty good! But why are they saying it's a local problem when it seems to be nearly everywhere?? 🤔
