stolen accessories

my airpods have been stolen and i want to report them through my account. find my iphone location has been turned off so now i can't see where they are

Hi @cherrellebaldry  if they have been stolen and location services have been turned off then there is nothing Sky can do. If they were purchased from Sky and there is a balance outstanding then you will still be liable for payments. You may be able to claim off your home insurance.

In that case have you informed the police. There isn't anything anyone here can do.
