You can access past bills from your account.  From a browser you can download them in PDF format.

Hi @yasar1  look at the billing section and go to previous bills and there will be an option to download in pdf format.

Yes I understand I can go to my billing and download it but I need a original letter from sky not a copy

The download (and print) will be the same as what Sky would send you.

You can change your billing settings so that a paper bill is sent but there is a small charge like £2.50 for this and will not start straight away.
