I did the other payments method for the macbook monthly payments, however the guidance says there should be a link in the 'thanks for holding sky mobile' email to link my skyID, but there isn't. It only only has the link for the credit agreement which just keeps taking me back to the same place and I can't sign that either.

If it doesn't work then give Sky a call to ask them to link it for you,
