sky piggybank technical difficulties

it seems every time im running out of data and needing to roll more over using my piggybank im receiving the same error message, i understand sites go down for routine maintenance but this has been going on for about a week now the same message... every time on both the web and app

Other customers have reported similar experiences yesterday and having rung Sky they've been told it's a known issue which is being worked on.
