sky mobile

Trying to login to my sky mobile to view my bills and it keeps hitting me with the 'account is not authorised to access mysky app' and then i try login on the website which works but I go to view bills and it then says my sky account is not authorised to view these details? not sure what is going on

Hi @AmberG1  i had this issue for a short while last night, it sorted itself out after a while. I restarted my device a couple of times and made sure the login details were correct and after a little while it accepted my details.

Same thing has been happening me for months with multiple calls to customer service which haven't done a thing about it
