hi
when going to https://www.sky.com/shop/mobile and then select a mobile phone I always get this error on the web page for over 1 week now. I am unable to browse an mobile phone deal. Attached is image

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTry clearing your browsers cache and cookies then close down the browser before loading it up and trying again. If this doesn't work see if using it's incognito mode works and if it doesn't try a different browser works to see if that works for you. If this doesn't you will have to call Sky so they can place the order for you.

ive tried all this. even installed a new browser (firefox) but still had same issue. Does the web page load ok for you?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIt is working fine for me. One other thing you can do is if you are connected to a Wi-Fi connection then turn off the router for 5 minutes so you hopefully get a new IP address.

I did try orginally with VPN, but I get the same without VPN so new IP address each time. This is really strange. It must be some specific to my account
