I am a sky mobile customer and would like to change my devise

You can swap or upgrade it, so this link will help you to do this:

If you don't want a new sim then make sure you select the "I do not need a new plan/sim" option.
If you are struggling with this then give Sky a call on the free 150 number to do it.
If sending a phone back to Sky then make sure you get and keep proof of delivery.
The device you send back will be inspected for damage and a final valuation will be given so if you still owe anything against it thye difference will be added to your next available bill.
