sky ipad backorder

hi so my sister ordered an ipad between the date of Christmas to new years. Her billing date is usually the 28th of each month. Its the ipad 2025 11th gen. In silver. We've waited quite a while up until an agent finally confirmed it was on back order just 10 days ago. (After waiting weeks) My sister was charged on her billing date for this ipad. And I'm just wondering what this exactly means. As its now been over a week since we confirmed it was on bck order. And then being told estimated delivery is 1-2 weeks. Which means in the next week or so it should be delivered ??

Hi @zara07  if you haven't received the iPad then you shouldn't have been charged. You only start paying after you receive it. You may want to call sky again and question this or make an official complaint.
