My dad received his new mobile last Friday from Sky and bought a iphone15. He was wanting to keep his old number and have the PAC ready to use. I see the activation sim or eSIM on his account. But will he receive a sim or is it a case of inserting his O2 sim into his new phone? and recieving a code?

Any help 🙏

@Hallllhhh They will need a sim or esim from Sky, an O2 sim won't work for Sky mobile.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
