Mr and my wife's phones are unable to call to or send messages, our daughter is away abroad on a school trip and have no way currently to keep in touch!, tried turning phones on and off

this is the 4th day this week I've got no service or signal, so can't make calls or tx! I can't even call sky and the online help isn't bloody working!!

This is a community where Sky customers help each other so once you have answered the questions myself and @Daniel0210 we might be able to suggest something is there is no mast issue.

Can stop my phone service from dropping out!?, also they had an issue in the week and I had no phone service for 2 days!!, had a tx to say alll resolved!
