setting up new phone dont work

new phone.. turn it on..select language uk.. and still pops up with scan qr code

What phone and does it give you to option to dismiss the QR code ?

Hi @keith193  thats usually for setting up an esim ? Is that what you are trying to do ?

hi.. no.. was an esim but they cancelled it because that didn't work.. now they sent me a plastic one.. its activated and still shows that qr thing
