Hi I have just received my new Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra and I am trying to set up the new phone. To start you have to tap the screen 3 times to select your language as the UK, I then press start and the only thing that happens is that is is scanning for a QR code. There is a QR code on the box it came in but it just states that it is the wrong QR code and I should contact my IT department for the correct one.
I have tried restarting the phone as suggested on another forum but it just keeps doing exactly the same thing. There is no option to do anything else so what do I do, any help very much appreciated!

So while on the phone to Sky and not being able to solve the problem we agreed that I would need a new phone. Just as we were finishing up I was on th ewelcome screen with all the different languages and the English screen with Hello appeared (it hadn't appeared up until this point and I had just been tapping the screen to get to the select language screen).
And wonder of all wonders it went to the accept the user agreement page and allowed me to start setting up the phone!!!
I am of course ecstatic that I have my new phone sorted but Samsung was it really necessary to cause me so much distress???

Sadly not as it is not giving me those options, it just goes straight to looking for a qr code. I have taken some pics if that helps anyone.
