services restricted
I logged into my Sky mobile account today as I wanted to see if I could upgrade my phone, I was able to but when I clicked on the link a page came up saying.... "that my services have been restricted". I then clicked to link to reinstate the services for a page to come saying..... "Your bill is up to date". My bill is up to date and I have never been in arrears, so I did it again and the same thing happened.
Can someone shed any light on this please.

It is probably some sort of error so if you want to upgrade you can call Sky on 150 to both let them know about this issue and for help in upgrading,
