the link to send my device back doesnt work does anybody have the link or know why its not working

As long as you’re still within the cooling off period (which is 31 days), you’ll need to contact Sky who will lead you through the returns process. Easiest way is by dialling 150 for free from a Sky mobile or from a Sky landline. If you’ve had it more than 31 days you can't send it back without incurring substantial charges. Keep any subsequent proof of posting safe and indefinitely and be aware if you order an alternative device you will undergo further credit checks.

no its after 2 years i spoke to a guy in the sky shop and he said to use the link

Once your new device arrives you can use the same packaging to return the old phone. There should be a return label included. If not call Sky to arrange return.
